This is a major blow for the Trump administration.
The Supreme Court ruled against the implementation of tariffs under the IEEPA.
Legal Expert Johnathan Turley gave some positive news, though.
He told Fox News there are other ways he can implement these tariffs.

This is an embarrassment for the Trump administration but it is unclear if this is a temporary setback or a major loss long term loss.
If the Trump administration can’t keep tariffs in place, a major aspect of the agenda goes out the window.
They will then likely go to Congress which in turn, would make the tariffs far worse because they will want concessions in return.
