Trump Speaks Out On Criticism From Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson

Influencers on the right have quickly become critics of Donald rump’s foreign policy.

This isn’t shocking.

Many of these same influencers lost it last year and have since looked like fools after it.

The media loves this. Despite the fact they spent years attacking these same figures, they are now happy to print what they say.

Rachel Bade asked Trump about criticisms from Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly.

Rachel Bade wrote this on her Substack (I encourage to read the entire thing)

President DONALD TRUMP hit back at MAGA World critics of his Iran gambit in a phone call with “The Inner Circle” Monday night, arguing that MEGYN KELLY and TUCKER CARLSON aren’t “MAGA.” That he is…

…“I have to do what’s right, number one — and you can’t have Iran getting a nuclear weapon. That’s predominant to me,” he said.

But then Trump went on to express confidence that MAGA is with him. He pointed out that Kelly had been critical of him before, but had come around to supporting him. Then he argued that her skepticism doesn’t matter. (“It’s all right. I don’t mind. She was critical of me for years and I didn’t lose. I won all three times by a lot.”)

“I think that MAGA is Trump — MAGA’s not the other two,” Trump said, referring to Kelly and Carlson. “MAGA wants to see our country thrive and be safe. And MAGA loves what I’m doing — every aspect of it… This is a detour that we have to take in order to keep our country safe and keep other countries safe, frankly.”

This is truly Trump at his best. He makes the case simply, “I have to do what’s right.” That is Trump’s view. Iran can’t have nukes, he will make sure it doesn’t happen.

We have no issue with people who criticize the administration. We have no issue with those who are worried about this conflict.

We do have an issue that claim to be MAGA and yet publicly undermine Trump every chance they get.

One thing we learned, watching the last AMFest is that influencers don’t represent MAGA.

Ben Shapiro and Tucker Carlson both called the other one out. The crowd was far more silent in those moments then when they talked about the issues that matter.

MAGA stands with Donald Trump, it is that simple. That doesn’t mean they blindly follow him. It means they trust that he is making the correct decisions with the evidence he has.
